REAMS has been awarded the contract for M&E and fabric asset verification, and condition surveys across LSBU's 23 buildings.
Objectives
London South Bank University requires an accurate overview of their M&E, and fabric assets to enable them to manage the maintenance of their hard services. There is also a requirement to understand the condition of their assets to identify and budget for capital expenditure projects across the estate.
Achievements
REAMS will be conducing asset verification surveys using ELIAS to deliver outputs formatted to the agreed asset hierarchy and CAFM system.
