REAMS enters a long-term partnership with Bouygues Energies & Services
REAMS extends its relationship with Bouygues Energies and Services, having renewed the contract to continue to provide engineering advice and asset management technology solutions across its portfolio of facility management contracts.
Bouygues Energies & Services (Bouygues E&S) deployed ELIAS as their digital asset management platform of choice to support a business-wide initiative on asset management, capturing 1.4 million assets so far across 40 contracts.
The valuable and cost-effective solution has allowed Bouygues E&S to create model-optimised maintenance strategies and rationalised business capital expenditure forecasting across its clients’ asset base.
This blend of a cross-contract approach and the rich analytic tools provided by ELIAS has provided the Bouygues E&S executive leadership team with valuable business insights to ensure that their clients continue to receive maximum asset life and building availability. This enhances value and helps to improve the sustainability of its building and property assets whilst delivering innovative and high-quality technical solutions.
