ELIAS mobile is an advanced field application for carrying out asset and condition surveys in the built environment. Utilised by the some of the world’s largest real estate corporations, our May 2022 release comes with some exciting new features to improve the accuracy and speed of completing site surveys and inspections.
Fast Movers – these are the assets and elements that are the most common in the hierarchy. ELIAS knows this and therefore presents you with these first went you are entering a new record, with further options for more uncommon elements or assets you might find on an estate from our hierarchy of over 2000 individual elements, and classifications.
By presenting elements in this manner speeds up the activity in the field, improves accuracy and consistency across surveying teams.
Intuitive Question Sets – the latest release, groups questions and attributes in a more intuitive manner to the surveyor, we’ve listened to our user community and improved the dropdown lists and validation rules too. The new grouping provides an improved user experience across your surveying teams.
Existing users can access the new functionality within the applications and find guidance materials in the knowledge centre.
