REAMS has been appointed by Equitix Management Services Limited (EMS) to provide building, engineering, and life cycle management advice to existing PFI healthcare facilities in the United Kingdom.
The agreement includes strategic advice across the operational lifecycle of the facility, covering building, engineering services, lifecycle management, and cost analysis.
The REAMS technical team using our ELIAS technology stack, worked closely with the project stakeholders, to deliver strategic asset management plans extending across the hand back period, that allows for the effective management of the asset through the in-life operational phase.
